When formulating innovations and improvements, we integrate our scientific know-how into large-scale operations for the sake of promoting massive production outputs while minimizing further environmental impairments. 

Key Achievements: 

• Implemented ways of improving precipitation reduced energy consumption during alumina precipitation, leading to significant cost-saving by using certain equipment from other closed production facilities, thereby contributing to the company's sustainability goal. 
  By working closely with production teams, I help how R&D findings can be implemented into practical and scalable solutions.

• Led R&D in refining process catalysts focused, in particular, on carriers for ethylene oxide catalyst and hydroprocessing heavy oil. Facilitated the designs, evaluations, and optimizations of alpha alumina-based carriers in enhancing catalyst performance. Provided strategic leadership on cross-functional teams in close collaboration with clients and stakeholders to create innovative solutions to satisfy market demands.
